Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! I posted a HELLO card yesterday using the cutout from this overlay. :) I used watercolor paper, Tim Holtz distress markers, and a water pen to create this wavy background. I absolutely love how it turned out. Then I added 2 layers of washi tape to the right and added a paper smooches button to the right. :)
